FAQ

What is the daily schedule like?
As a general flow, go to work → prepare before business (preparation in the kitchen, table setting and reservation confirmation in the hall) → break (including staff meals) → morning assembly (review of yesterday and sharing of today's communication, etc.) → Sales → Leave work.
What was the most impressive thing to learned from the training?
Basic training. If you are only at the restaurant, you may not be able to see other business categories and companies, but at Wagyu EMPEROR, basic training is provided immediately after joining the company. By communicating with the members, I deepened my understanding of the company, felt the charm of each, and became a fan again. I think that experience is still being used today.
What do you think is good about joining the company?
There is a lot of training at the restaurant. That's why we can take on new challenges every day in order to improve the store and organization as a whole. With those partners, I think we can create high-quality products while working hard.
When do you feel most rewarded?
It's time to become one with your partners and realize your growth. All the members seriously think about what to do to make the restaurant even better. There is a corporate culture of always taking on new challenges, acquiring new knowledge, and sharing it with everyone, you will feel like that you are directly involved in the creation of the restaurant.
any popular menu here?
It's definitely the "Emperor Course". This menu, in which you can enjoy wagyu beef with the chef's secret sauce, is very popular among everyone, and is ordered by most customers. Also, you can't miss the "Extreme Tongue", which is irresistible for tongue lovers. This softest part of the root, called the tongue base, is so rare that only two servings can be taken from one cow. It is very popular for its juicy and plump texture without the unique smell of tongue.
what is your target and Who are your partner and boss?
I admire seniors who can respect each other while communicating with their peers. No matter how busy I am, I never forget to be considerate of those around me. I want to create a better restaurant by working together as a team and earning the trust of others.
can I have my staff meal when I break?
The kitchen members have various experiences such as Japanese food, Western food, Chinese food and more, so I am very happy that I can eat as much professional cooking for free every day! staff Meal is one of our energies, and it's a lot of fun to eat together like a family in the kitchen and hall.
What do you do on your days off?
I can take two days off a week, so I go to my favorite cafes and work out at the gym to refresh myself. Everyone is enjoying their holidays and days off to their heart's content. Among them, there are many members who collect information by visiting popular restaurants, and we share such stories within the company. If you request in advance that you want to off on this day, the shift will be adjusted so that you can rest as much as possible.

MESSAGE

Glad to see you! Thank you for visiting our recruitment page. We are looking for a partner who will work hard together to achieve our vision, and we are aiming for three organizational structures.

The first is "an open environment where staff members can exchange their opinions." Regardless of nationality, age, or working experience, we respect everyone involved with us and aim to be an organization that moves forward as a team!

The second is “an organization with a clear evaluation system.” This is what our CEO always says. "When taking on a challenge, clarify the reward in advance." If you do your best and are not evaluated, you will not be able to take on new challenges or evolve. That's why we aim to be an organization that "really evaluates".

The third is "goal first". This is important to clarify "what we do and do for what" and create an environment where members can cooperate with each other, help each other, and improve each other. A well-knit organization has a clear purpose. Our goal is to be “the top restaurant in Taiwan”.before we start to something we are always thinking about "us"not just"me", That's why I said that Wagyu EMPEROR will be the top of yakiniku restaurant in Taiwan.

We look forward to receiving that job applications from those who share our passionate vision. And we are looking forward to creating the future Wagyu EMPEROR together with you.
