and thoroughly implementing the following remedial measures based

(1) Strict temperature control of refrigerators and freezers.
(2) Clearly organize and separate storage areas for ingredients and seasonings.
(3) Establish storage arrangement in the refrigerator according to the characteristics of ingredients.
(4) Check the temperature in the refrigerator daily.
(5) Ensure that the production date and expiration date of all food ingredients are recorded at the time of purchase.
(6) Centralized management of purchasing status using ledgers.
